How To: Abdominal Breath

Length: 3 mins

Teacher: Louis Jackson

Every breath you take is held by every shape you make. Where to breath is often overlooked. We’ve got three abodes of respiration stacked on top each other: an abdominal abode, a thoracic abode, a clavicular abode. Each one like a floor comprising the townhome of your torso. Awareness of breath in each abode is essential for healing support.

We have two ways to use our diaphragm to breathe. Here’s the first. Feed your organs.
