MONDAY
Healing Flow Yoga
9:00 - 10:30am at Yoga of Los Altos
This class blends concepts, energy, and touch from Toni’s healing work into a moderate flow, focusing on fostering awareness to listen to the messages your body is sending you. Options suit all levels, with hands-on assists available for those who’d like them.
The intention of this class is to create an experience that will feel healing and help you understand ways to support your mental and physical health.

Yin Yoga
7:30 - 8:45pm at Yoga of Los Altos
Drawing on 12 years of experience in the Japanese healing art of Ninniku Okyū, Toni crafts a Yin yoga practice to open energy channels, supporting organ health and releasing tension for rest and healing. This floor-based class, with props and 3-5 minute holds, also improves joint mobility and fosters a sense of ease.

Louis Jackson
As alumni of the Healing Cultures Training Program, Louis also creates experiences that help students listen to and follow the intelligence of the body — in their own way, touching the intersection of yoga and the Healing Cultures tapestry of teachings. Louis’ sessions explore reclaiming space in the body taken away by everyday lifestyle.
Yoga Tune Up
Taught by Louis at Yoga of Los Altos, these classes awaken your body through guided isometrics, dynamic strengthening, and coordination. Simple, not gentle. All classes include massages from Jill Miller’s The Roll Model Method. Please avoid eating within two hours before class.
Tuesdays
7:00 - 8:30pm
This class target the legs, starting with the feet.
Thursday
7:00 - 8:30pm
Thursday classes draw inspiration from Jill’s book, Body by Breath.
Sunday
4:00 - 6:00pm
This is a level II class that combines teachings from Tuesday and Thursday.

Toni and Louis incorporate elements of the Yoga Tune Up method which require special props. These props can be purchased here.
