Patience to learn, Patience to heal

Length: 90 mins

Teacher: Toni Cupal

Patience is a practice.  After the usual warmup, and a luxurious back roll out, sustain compression with the ball in the soft of the lower back, coupling that pressure with the Taoist sound “choo” for the kidneys.  Stay here, teasing out the tension that comes with self judgement.  Wash it down toward the legs as the roll-out continues below the pelvic rim. Segue into a familiar flow and be patient to discover what’s new — today.   Creative pauses, breath work, and sound in seated poses further target the kidneys.  Toni concludes the session sending the soothing sounds of the Gayatri mantra in savasana.
