Meditation Practice

Meditation for us is an experience that we create between the mind, body and spirit, and between memory, imagination and presence.  Meditation evenings offer a chance to come together as a community and practice a form of guided meditation that acknowledges all of our emotions and brings us fully into the moment. We learn to accommodate all parts of ourselves. This type of meditation work is very healing.

Meditation Series: In & Between


It’s always a wonderful season to meditate with climate change…

We offer a rhythm to come together and hold ourselves, listening for and awakening healing in and around our lives. The meditations enable us to create a time to learn to witness and heal, to hold and envision the flow our everyday life, tangibly. Our practice enables a way to stop and breathe, to feel and ground, to let go and embrace the space of joy and curiosity in our bodies and within our minds. Meditation for us is an intimate experience we create. Intimacy for us at Healing Cultures is bringing the body and mind closer together through awareness and presence, deepening our capacity to experience life.
