Warm up with toted balls traveling like train wheels on the tracks of of the back creating a “caress wave” slowly, snail-like plowing down each side of the spinal divide.   Switch to the alpha ball for the lumbar. Next, “Put Your Butt back on Your Butt” glutes massage. Windshield wipe the knees to

cat cow with undulations, open/close the gate with refined visceral breathes, heroes pose with down-breath.  After a leg stretch series (including guest star cat’s tail ), yogic rhythmic breath practices to sedate, supported bridge pose with diaphragm vacuums (yum yum) and moments of respire meditation in starfish corpse.  Drop the anchor, stay for as long as YOU want (not when Louis signs off).
