Working with the Emotions: Anxiety

This class is the first in a series exploring the emotions, particularly those that may be difficult for us. The focus of this class is anxiety and will take us to the spleen and the breath. This is a new type of exploration as Toni innovates to bring the healing work and yoga closer together. Each class will be a full body class even as we work to focus on specific emotions. Please have some props available: a Coregeous ball, a couple blocks or books, an eye pillow or eye cover, and a blanket.
