Tuesday Night Chillout #20

This chill-out unwinds the spine starting with a massage of the neck and each individual upper back bone between the shoulder blades emphasizing breathing into the back. Continuing with the back breathing, we park the balls at the kidneys, then lumbar spine, concluding the sequence with a scrub of the sacrum and gluteals. Cat’s tail follows breathing into the pelvic floor while seated on Coregeous in Virasana and lateral breathing over Coregeous in boomerang. The chillout concludes with a gut massage and bone breathing in savasana.
