Massage all three arches of your foot along with gentle isometrics for the toes. With the plus balls, treat your upper and mid back while loosening the bones of the ribs for ease of breath. Two lengthy leg stretches follow a lower back and glute massage with the alpha ball. Conclude the session with a neck massage, bare attention breathing in reclined butterfly, and bone breathing in savasana.
