Indigenous People’s Day

Length: 90 mins

Teacher: Toni Cupal

For this class recorded on Indigenous People’s Day, we focus on the lower body with special emphasis on the hips. Chairs and cars give us the gift of restricted movement in hip joint so it is important to give them some extra attention to keep ourselves walking well and our knee and ankle joints happy. Please have all your props available: an alpha ball, a set of Tune Up therapy balls, a Coregeous ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket. Tennis balls could work for the therapy balls and your palm can substitute for the Alpha ball if necessary.
