This is an introduction to exploring the breath cycle. Your breath has four parts: an inhale, an exhale and two pauses — the pause between the inhale and the exhale, the pause between the exhale and the inhale. In three 7 minute practices, incrementally build to spend equal time in each part — while you lay by the creek..
