Opening Up the Front Body

This class focusses on opening the front of the body, especially the area of the upper chest and sternum, but also including the abdomen and deep hip flexors. As the war in Ukraine continues, we may find ourselves wanting to drop into a protective stance (i.e. curl up in a small ball!). This class counterbalances that tendency so we can stay healthy, grounded and aware. Please have all your props available: an alpha ball, a set of Tune Up therapy balls, a Coregeous ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket.
