Opening into Backbending

In this class, we focus on backbending using a slow and methodical approach to open up all the areas that contribute to us being able to bend our backs - the spine itself, the shoulders, the deep psoas muscles. Please have all your props at hand: a Coregeous ball, set of tune up balls, an alpha ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket. Tennis balls make decent substitutes for the tune up balls.
