Treat Your Feet #2

Length: 90 mins

Teacher: Lous Jackson

Continuing to raise the bar on what it means to be an upright human, this class is the 2nd in a series that celebrates the feet (and knees) by challenging them from all directions with massages, isometrics, dynamic strengtheners and stretches. Class begins with an intimate interlace of fingers between toes to ring out the middle bones of each foot followed by ankle rolls,  knee pit curls, and glute stretches before the template:  squats, calf raises, yoga jog preps, controlled articular rotations for the hip, eagle pose and its squat.  Collapse in a righteous heap on the courageous ball to stretch the quad in cat’s tail, then on your back to the butt (again) after undulating your spine.  Sit on your new knees and feet to complete.
