This class was recorded from Mukund’s mother’s home in Chennai, India. Toni and Mukund are visiting a few special pilgrimage sites in India, and decided to take this opportunity to experiment with broadcasting from Chennai in the hopes it will open new possibilities for collaboration with our sister organization, Healing Cultures India. This class features a few special guests and focuses on the magic that emerges from repetition. Please have all your props available: an alpha ball, a set of Tune Up therapy balls, a Coregeous ball, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket.
