Tuesday Night Chillout #22: Coregeous Work

Length: 60 mins

Teacher: Lous Jackson

Stop eating two hours before you practice this particular Chillout.  Louis fulfilled a request for “more Coregeous work.”  A dynamic revolved abdominal pose makes a guest star appearance along with intercostal crunches, static oblique crunches and stretchy side-bending boomerangs with plenty of opportunities to work the asymmetry of the diaphragm and affected viscera.  Class concludes with a deep massage of the liver, spleen, and stomach along the line of the large intestine followed by diaphragm vacuums in traction, and a transportive savasana.
