Like breathing, walking is easily overlooked. One fourth of the bones (and muscles) in your body are in your feet. Our feet carry us through life (at least they’re supposed to). Continuing to raise the bar on what it means to be an upright human, this class is the first in a series that celebrates the feet by challenging them from all directions with massages, isometrics, dynamic strengtheners and stretches.
