Self Reliance

This class focuses on Self Reliance as it pertains to our asana practice. This class is designed to help you create a practice to suit your needs as they evolve day to day. It feels good to spend a moment thinking about how to maintain our practice as our circumstances shift over the summer months. Please have all your props: the Coregeous ball, an alpha ball, a set of Tune Up therapy balls, a strap or small towel, a couple blocks or books and a blanket. Tennis balls could work for the therapy balls and your palm can substitute for the Alpha ball if necessary.
