Abdominal Roll Out Basics 1 - part 2

This is a review of the first Abdominal Roll Out class. Louis continues to elaborate on the benefits of gut massage: creating the conditions for relaxation (a healing prerequisite) and creating space to breath in the “two containers” of the torso.

Please no eating two hours before practicing. No coffee drinks. Sipping tea before class is okay. Please have a Coregeous ball (or rolled up towel, in a pinch), a bolster or couch cushion, and a blanket.
