Abdominal Roll Out Basics 3

In this session students are introduced to the diaphragm vacuum: the physical component of a yogic technique called Udiyanna Bandha. Building upon the breath practices from Abdominal Roll Out Basics 1 and 2, students practice this unique pneumatic action, gain deeper awareness of the organs and learn why a “soft” core is vital.

Please no eating two hours before practicing. No coffee drinks. Sipping tea before class is okay. Please have a Coregeous ball (or rolled up towel, in a pinch), a bolster or couch cushion, and a blanket.
